 12 chicken drumsticks
 1 head broccoli
 1 head cauliflower
 4 carrots
 1 tsp Rosemary
 1 tsp thyme
 2 tsp sea salt
 1 tsp garlic powder

OK, by now, you have probably started to catch on that most of my recipes are basically the same. This one is well... the same!

Place chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with olive oil. Add Rosemary, thyme and sea salt.

Bake at 350 for one hour.

At the same time, chop veggies and place on another baking sheet. sprinkle with olive oil, garlic powder and sea salt. Bake at 350 for one hour.

If you are serving dinner to someone who isn't eating Paleo, you can serve this with rice (or make cauliflower rice).

Another side dish is baked apples. Just chop up apples and bake with cinnamon and olive oil.
