 1 head broccoli
 ½ head cauliflower
 1 onion
 3 cups chicken stock
 1 tsp sea salt
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ cup full fat coconut milk (from a can)

Chop broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Place in Instant Pot along with chicken stock and spices.

Cook on high pressure for 18 minutes. Allow steam to naturally release.

Carefully pour contents of pot into a blender. Blend on low speed until creamy.

Return to pot. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and stir until coconut milk is hot.

Serve immediately or pour into mason jars and freeze for later.
