Deviled egg salad wrap

 6 hard boiled eggs
 ½ cup avocado mayonnaise
 2 slices cooked bacon
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 1 celery stalk, chopped
 1 head lettuce

Cook eggs in Instant Pot for six minutes on a trivet with one cup water. Allow steam to release for six minutes. Place in ice for six minutes.

Peel and chop the eggs and place in a bowl. Add all other ingredients, other than lettuce.

Serve salad wrapped in lettuce leaves.
