
You can make this fried rice with eggs for protein. Or, if you prefer, serve with Paleo orange chicken.
Add olive oil to a large pan and place on medium heat.
Add carrots, onions and brocolli. Cook for about seven minutes until soft. Add riced cauliflower. Cook for a few more minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Move veggies to one side of pan. Add eggs and stir until cooked.
Add water chestnuts.
Mix together coconut aminos, ginger, garlic powder and salt. Add to pan and cook a few minutes more until hot.
