1 whole chicken
3 cups chicken stock
4 large carrots, peeled
2 stalks celery
2 onions
1 tsp tyme
1 tsp rosemary

Place whole chicken in Instant Pot with 3 cups chicken stock.
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Allow steam to naturally release.
Pull chicken from the bones and place back in Instant Pot. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
