 3 lbs chuck roast
 1 large onion
 16 oz pepperoncini in a jar
 1 cup beef broth
 1 tsp sea salt

1. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot, including liquid from the jar of pepperoncini.

2. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot for 50 minutes. Allow steam to naturally release (this keeps the meat from drying out).

3. Shred the beef.

4. Serve with sweet potato fries or cole slaw.
