
If using fresh cauliflower, break into pieces and place in a blender. Pulse for a few seconds until cauliflower is finely chopped. If using frozen cauliflower, place in the microwave for about 5 minutes to thaw.
Spread cauliflower rice across a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with olive oil, garlic salt, sea salt or any other spices.
You also can add onions, celery, grated carrots or even dates, plus other spices, as desired.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until rice starts to brown on the edges.
