 1 large sweet potato
 0.50 cup frozen blueberries
 0.25 cup pecans
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 banana
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1. Peel the sweet potato and chop into small squares.
2. Place in an 8x8 baking dish. Add frozen blueberries and pecans.
3. Sprinkle with olive oil and cinnamon.
4. Back at 350 for about 40 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft.
5. Chop banana and add to the sweet potatoes and blueberries.
6. Add almond milk and eat like cereal.
