 2 eggs
 1 ripe banana
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp almond flour
 3 chopped dates
 8 chopped pecans

1. Whisk eggs.

2. Smash banana and add to the eggs.

3. Add cinnamon, almond flour, chopped dates and pecans.

4. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan or heat a single serve waffle iron.

5. Pancakes will cook for 3-4 minutes in waffle iron. Cook until brown on both sides in skillet.

6. Serve with almond butter.
